With over 16 years of experience in the fitness world and a 200-hour yoga certification, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion into all of her classes!
In 2020, Rachel embraced her love for yoga, focusing on the beauty of slowing down, relaxing, and stretching. She believes that yoga beautifully balances her high-energy cardio and strength workouts, and she’s excited to share this balance with you!
